We have had a problem with a recently remodeled shower that we were hoping could be solved by not doing any more demolition. We contacted the office after seeing a service truck on the road. We were offered an appointment within 2 days of the call, on a Saturday!. Matt, our service guy showed up on time. We discussed the issue we were having, no shower pressure on a 2.5 gallon flow per minute rain shower head ,described the efforts that went into the attempts to resolve our problem and Matt went to work. He came up with a diagnosis where he planned on taking the shower apart, he explained his plan and informed us of the price that would be charged for the work, which we approved and were pleased with, especially on a Saturday, and went to work. He disassembled the shower handle and valve to flush the water lines, below the valve, which cleaned the lines of sediment after the construction had been completed. He then made some necessary adjustments on the cartridge and valve to improve the flow of the water. He assembled everything back together, reapplied silicone caulk around the areas he opened up, cleaned up the work area and left within 2 hours of starting the job. Matt also made it a point to put shoe protectors on his boots, which he removed when he went to the truck, each time he entered. We were happy with the prompt service and work, and would recommend Bill Frusco Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, fairly priced, job.

Woke up this morning to little hot water. Placed call about 8:15 to Frusco Plumbing who was very attentive to out needs. Dan arrived about 8:45 am, diagnosed the problem. We got a good 17 years out of water heater so it was time to be replaced. It is now 10:30 and new heater is installed. Dan was very professional and did a wonderful job. Cost of heater and installation was very fair . I would highly recommend Frusco plumbing for any pluming needs.
